January 18 - February 2, 1985
Directed by Richard Lemin

THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW was the very first Carpenter Square Theatre production and opened in January 1985 to sold-out houses. Several extra performances were added to handle the demand. Indeed, the show was revived in the second and third seasons, almost becoming the annual holiday fixture that A CHRISTMAS CAROL becomes at other theaters.

"It's depraved.  It's demented.
 It's utterly without conscience."

"Superbly performed.
Sizzled with sexual energy."
The Oklahoma Gazette, Jan. 23, 1985

"Outrageous.
Curious and unusual production."
The Journal-Record, Jan. 19, 1985

"...Don't miss being being part of something new."
The Oklahoma Daily, Jan. 23, 1985

"Raunchy, ribald and outrageous... One of the the liveliest,
most exciting things to happen in theater in Oklahoma City."
Midtown News, Jan. 24, 1985
