The story of
a man who loved his wife so much, he almost told her!
It's the
first holiday since Dr. Lundeen passed away and the Lundeen clan is gathering
for Thanksgiving dinner. When the youngest son Carl arrives, he quickly sees
that Mom is behaving strangely, but soon he has an even stranger family member
to deal with – his father who appears as a ghost that only Carl can see and
hear. Dr. Lundeen's mission is to get Carl to tell Mom that he loved her,
something implied but never spoken during their 41 years of marriage.

However, things get even more
complicated when other family members begin to gather. The overachieving older
brother Michael is stressed over money matters and his wife is caught in the
emotional maelstrom of her fertility treatments.

The youngest sibling, sister
Stacy, has picked Thanksgiving as the day to divulge two big secrets. But what
sends ghostly Dad round the bend is Mom's date for Thanksgiving dinner. It's
anyone's guess as to whether the Lundeen family can make it through this holiday
intact, but the audience will have a fun time finding out.
